Tulips

I love spring time and seeing our beautiful flowers come up. Zak and I worked really hard on them and it turned out so nice. When I went outside today the smell of flowers was so refreshing.

Zak's Home!!

Life can get pretty crazy at times. With school and work we forgot to post that Zak is home safe!!! (he's been home since March 28Th!!) A friend reminded me today, asking if Zak was home and how he was doing. Well, Zak is home and had a wonderful time in Honduras. He worked really hard and they we're able to get water running to the village. What a miracle!!! Here are just a few pictures of some of the kids with Zak and the school there. More will come.

Engineers Without Borders, this is the group Zak will be traveling with on March 18th to help build a Water Tower and Pump for a small village in Honduras. He is so excited to be a part of this. He will be down there and away for 10 days. I know I might go crazy without him, but I know he'll have a great time.

Traditions

We have a tradition of going to our favorite bridge and drinking soda to see who can belch the most. I know it may seem gross, but we think it's fun. I love having a sweetheart to spend Valentines Day with, he always knows how to have a good time. I love you Little Boy!!

Getting old can be Fun!

So yes, I turned 26 years old on Jan 16th. I can remember back in the 'old days' when my BF and I would lay in bed and talk about our futures. Who we would marry, how many kids we both would have, where we would live. But one thing I remember most is talking about our age and when we thought we would get married or start having kids. We both said "I think 22 is a good age to get married and 23 to have kids." What we're we thinking??? I love being 26 and hope it's a great year!! My day was great... I woke up to fresh squeezed OJ and cinnamon rolls from my mom. Then I went to work for awhile, got home opened a present from my honey, went to dinner with my dear friends to Bonsai (best place ever), came home opened more presents from my love, watched Return to me, and then slept like a baby! Thanks everyone for all you did for me!

Baby News!!!!

We got our 'New Baby' last week and we love it SO much. Zak has always wanted a Tacoma Truck and I needed something safe to drive up to Park City. So both of our needs or dreams were fulfilled!! We have so much fun in it and even went up to our 'spot' to welcome it into our family!! Sorry if anyone thought we were having a baby!!! And we had two wonderful thanksgivings. Ate way to much, but loved the time with Family!
