I love my life...

I was looking at some old picture and just felt like posting them.

I love my husband, just today I wasn't feeling so good and the one thing that always makes me feel better is being in his arms.


I adore my best friend Erin, I think is is so beautiful and the most amazing lady I know.


I love my nieces and nephews, they make me laugh a lot!

4th Years!!!

So Zak got asked to go on the 4th year hike/overnighter for girls camp. At the last second, I decided to go too. We got dropped off at the end of a road and had to hike to were the girls we're setting up camp. We we're out of shape and being high in the mountains our lungs we're screaming at us!! When we found the girls we too set up our tent. Then we went on the HIKE. It was like strait up hill and took so long to get to some towers on the top. Then coming down was just painful. Overall we had a fun night playing silly games around the campfire and eating smores.

So nice...

I love my husband so much!! When I came home yesterday from a long day of work in Park City, this is what I saw. (the last picture) As you can tell the yard is looking so good. Zak had pulled up the weeds, trimmed the tree, and cleaned the patio. It looked so good and I love him for being such a hard worker!!!

The Hill

We have this little "hill" (that's what we call it) in the backyard that we haven't worked on yet. So today we started and here are some pictures. We are planning on making it level and taking out the cement wall. We want a garden, but we might just put in grass!!

Bacon

So we like bacon, and just found out a new way to cook it. You put the bacon on a cookie sheet and put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 mins. It is so much better this way. Yes we took a picture of some bacon we made!!

New Grass!

There's a new Wingers that opened up just down the street from the house. One day we saw that the landscapers were putting down new sod. After their job was done there was a big pile of sod just sitting in the parking lot. So a couple days went by, we called wingers and asked if we could have the sod, they said yes. So we went and loaded it ALL up into the truck. If you notice in the picture the sod was very heavy for the little truck!!! But we laid it all down and it looks great. You'll see that the middle is the original grass, but all around it is the new sod. We still have so much work to do in our yard, but free sod was a great start!!

Graduation!!

So my best friend Erin and also Zak's brother Aaron, graduated from the U of U. It was a nice day and I'm so proud of them!
