Zak is allergic to wheat and we have to start changing
the way we eat at our house.
ewwww.good luck. i worked with a girl who could only eat gluten-free foods and it was soooo annoying. ha. i'm kinda jk. So, there is a gluten free section at the grocery store fyi. Its small, but it will helo his glutes. ha!
